Coaching Philosophy:
My Coaching Philosophy combines setting clear expectations and offering concise instruction, while offering my players latitude as to how they wish to best accomplish their objectives. As the Offensive Line Coach, I strive to build a cohesive, disciplined unit by focussing on high-repetition training, coaching relentless effort, and instilling technical precision in my guys with the simple mission of complete domination of our opponents.
Biggest Achievements:
Named to two consecutive NCAA Division 3 All-America teams (2000, 2001) as an Offensive Tackle, Started at Right Tackle on the Linfield Univerity Football team that set the NCAA all-divisions record with 43 consecutive winnings seasons during the 1998 season (Linfield's streak is currently at 69 consecutive winning seasons), Invited to the 2002 NFL Scouting Combine
