Coaching Philosophy

Put points on the board by any means necessary. Poor preparation promotes poor performance, poor performance promotes pain. Having a good relationship with the kids is much more important than winning, but we still have to win. I pride myself in building real authentic genuine relationships with all of my players that last a lifetime. And lastly, when in doubt, run it up.
