Coaching Philosophy:
I am a firm believer in the importance of a BROTHERHOOD & FAMILY mentality to build a successful team. Focus on the fundamentals and high standard reps creates the best work ethic. My goal is to help the positive growth for each player on and off the field.

Biggest Achievements:
Being in youth football most of my coaching career, my biggest achievements are seeing young athletes move up to play at higher levels and also become great young men in their community as well as great husbands & fathers.

As a high school coach, we were able you average 30 points/game and accomplished a winning season in my first year as an offensive coordinator at this level.
