Tracy “Coach Cut” Cutler

Role: Director of Football Operations | Assistant Coach

Background & Experience:
Coach Cutler holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Tulsa (1987), a B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia University (2008), and is completing an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma (2026). He served in the U.S. Army from 1988–2011. His football experience includes serving as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Vista High School (1995–1998), Head Coach for the Big Blue Rams Junior Football Program (2009–2013), and Assistant Coach at Puyallup High School (2012–2017). Since 2018, he has served as Director of Football Operations at Puyallup High School.

Coaching Philosophy:
Be truthful, disciplined, transparent, regimented, and loyal. Coach Cutler is driven by a commitment to give back and develop young men for success in both football and life.
