Tyler “Coach Torg” Torgerson

Role: Varity WR Assistant Coach

Background & Experience:
Coach Torgerson earned a B.A. in Sports Management from Linfield University, where he was a 4-year letterman. He was part of three Northwest Conference Championship teams and competed in the NCAA playoffs three times. He joined the Puyallup High School coaching staff in 2021 and continues to serve as an Assistant Coach.

Coaching Philosophy:
Coach Torgerson is committed to developing mentally tough, disciplined young men who are great teammates and demonstrate an unmatched work ethic both on the field and in the classroom. He emphasizes competition, accountability, and giving maximum effort in everything they do.
